Bare Knuckle Country Boy Tele Set:
Vintage workhorse character; articulate and refined with superb response to picking dynamics. The Country Boy single coil set features a scatterwound and cord wrapped bridge pickup with a choice of nickel silver or brass grounding plate for that traditional look and sound. Both pickups have forbon bobbins with flat profile Alnico III magnets assembled and wound by hand with plain enamel wire. The bridge pickup outputs classic Tele upper mid clarity and presence whilst the neck is warm with plenty of depth. Wax potted to prevent microphonics (twice for the covered neck), cloth 'push back' hook up cable and guaranteed for life, these boys are real working-class heroes. Features Nickel-covered neck pickup, reverse-wound, reverse-polarity (RWRP) for noise cancelling when in the middle position. Wound, made and played the traditional way-by hand!
