T-Rex Dr. Swamp:
T-Rex Engineering is pleased to announce a new version of their renowned Dr Swamp distortion pedal – now raised to the second power. With two Dr Swamps in a single pedal, you can toggle between your favourite Dr Swamp settings to deliver two brands of sweet T-Rex distortion without tweaking any knobs.

Twin Distortion:
Start out with a great chunky rhythm sound – warm and bassy, but with a nice crisp edge. Then, when it’s solo time, kick your Dr Swamp into high gear to deliver a gorgeous, searing lead sound that’ll take your playing to new heights.

If you like a cleaner rhythm sound, then reserve the two channels of your Dr Swamp for two different lead settings – a more restrained classic blues sound, for example, and a High Voltage rock-and-roll scream. "From low to full distortion the sound is full, guitar sound is fully transferred, very low hum. My sound chain is: Telecaster 52 relic (customshop)-> boss tuner TU2 (not so good, I will change it) -> Dr.Swamp -> Fender Custom Vibrolux ReverbAmp. All Cables are Klotz. As power supply I use T-Rex Fuel Tank Junior. The sound is perfect..."

"I own the old version of dr. swamp - the one with only one tone knob. I run it as one of the first pedals in my chain, with a Fender US stratocaster and a peavey 112 amp. I really like the sound of this thing. the sound is amasing for solos. combined with a delay/reverb effect you can realy get that nice Gilmoure like sound."
