Cusack Screamer V2:
The Cusack Screamer V2 is the first real inovation in the "screamer" market. Yes it's a Tube Screamer copy, but it's much more than that.
The Cusack Screamer V2 is a "clean" overdrive with about twice the gain of a typical tube screamer. It offers much more clarity than a typical overdrive. You can actually hear the individual notes of complex chords that would normally be buried.
"Hey, what's that toggle for?"
Well, that's the Clip Selector, which allows you to select either the Standard, Crushed, or Assymetrical LED clipping!
"Why is there an LED above the NEW Clip Selector?"
That's the all new LED Clip-O-Meter! That's right boys and girls, you can now SEE your guitar clipping! What's more, if you drive it hard with another pedal, you can use it as a "strobe tuner". Just hit your 5th fret, and the next open, just as you would tune by ear. When the Clip-O-Meter stops blinking, you are in tune!
The Cusack Screamer is currently used by:
- Jim Peterik
- Adrian Legg
- George Lynch
- Ashley Peacock
- Lindsay Miller
- Jimmy Dillon
- Randy Perkins

REVIEWS & USER COMMENTS (for Original Screamer and Screamer V2):
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 7/3/2008:
"One word: amazing. I play a USA Tele through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, and oh man, does this thing sound great. I had been using a Boss OD-3, and when I got this, I was blown away."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 10/3/2007:
"Man... I've seen many reviews about this one but hey! This thing is like MUST-HAVE for anyone whos looking for a transparent, gainful, total ranger overdrive. Believe me Im a tone+drive freak myself and this one is like the best I've ever used. Ive owned Klon Centaur for 7years and bought it for $350 used. But this thing is tad better than the Klon in everyway execpt the looks! It has like 70%more gain than my orginal TS-808(malaysian chip)and true by pass, and way more sweet tone.! oh and its damn quiet! Just try it. It might be your final destination for hunting the holy grail of drive pedals."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 5/5/2006:
"I FINALLY found the sound I've been looking for! After spending alot of money on drive pedals that just don't live up to my expectations, I finally have a unit that I can count on. This thing really delivers. Perfect sound quality. Compliments my modded out tele like nothing else ever has. I can finally HEAR the guitar with overdrive instead of just getting muddy overdrive alone!"
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 4/1/2005:
"This is the thing. It absolutely blows away my modded ts9. The best way I can describe it is that it makes my guitar sing."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 12/25/2004:
"I use this screamer with a 2004 American Strat with Kinman Blues Pickups through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 40 watt tube amp. Very quiet pedal, obviously any overdrive or distortion pedal will make some noise but this pedal is extremely quiet. Even when on full level, tone, and drive, this pedal is not noisy and retains an immaculate tone. This pedal amazes me more and more everytime I use it, literally. Every time I plug in to play I know it will sound great. It is sturdy and incredible. This pedal delivers the perfect tube screamer sound. This is exactly what all tubescreamers try to sound like, this is the holy grail right here. ...Getting an SRV tone out of this thing is sooo easy and sooo beautiful. If you have been thinking about getting a tube screamer or pedal of the like, there is no reason to look anywhere else. It is amazing!! I love putting the drive and level up and rolling the volume down and playing rythym (perfect light overdrive and bite) and then when it's time to solo, just crank the volume and everything just shines through so perfectly."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 9/15/2004:
"Overall, if you're looking for the future in Tube Screamers, this us it. I play all kinds of music from blues to Pop Rock, and this pedal works anywhere. If I lost this pedal, I'd get another one without hesitation. I love it. It's that good. So much cleaner than your classic Scremers. There's almost no competion. If you're thinking about purchasing one of these pedals, stop considering and buy it. It's well worth it."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 8/16/2003:
"Just plug it in. The power led lets you know that it's working. Great knobs with a mid point detent. I compared it side by side with other popular pedals. The clean is much cleaner and the distortion can really be cranked up beyond even a hot-rodded screamer. I have used it with both my Gibson and Fender, playing through a Super Reverb Blackface. Great Sound! ...Several other people have used it and it has been difficult to get them to give it back. It may not be the least expensive box available, but I believe you will feel that your money was well spent. I love the Blues and it gives a great edge to solos. I think the way the switch works is well thought out, when you want to be clean the signal is not even running through the switch (cleaner than any other box, try it you'll see)."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 8/4/2003:
"The Cusack Screamer is beauty in simplicity. I had great tones comming out the minute I plugged into this pedal. Set up with three knobs (tone, gain, level) it's incredibly easy to get great tone with this pedal. I played this through a '69 Fender Pinceton Reverb Amp using my 1962 Fender Strat. The pedal was very quiet. I did and a/b comparision with my reissue ts-9 Screamer (with the 808 mod) and found the Cusack screamer to win "hands down". The CS (Cusack Screamer) had a fuller tonal spectrum ecspecially in the low to mid frequency range. It also had much more presence as well as a more musical break up in it's distortion. I came away thinking the sound was richer and ultimaltely didn't compress my tone as the ts-9 seemed to do. ...My feeling overall is that the Cusack Screamer Pedal is a must for any serious guitarist desiring a distortion/overdriven tone that is musically rich in nature and helps to inspire musical creativity rather than stifle it."
