HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 3/8/2006:
"If God used an amp, he would a Splawn Quickrod! The guitar that I was using was a Peavey Wolfgang with a Dimarzio Tone Zone in the Bridge and an Air Norton in the Neck...at first gear you get your marshall plexi on steriods, harmonics pop off the board and there is sustain for days even with very little gain, crank the gain and you will think the DLR is standing right next to you crankin out "Unchained"...2nd gear is Marshall 800 territory, Slash would be proud to play on this channel, it has a little more bottom end and the treble is less noticible but, its the same thing on the 800 that I have. One thing that sticks out to me is that this thing is clear! there is no fuzz or a buzz. It replicates what you are playing and stops on a dime, very very very very very responsive amp. if you are sloppy then this will not hide that you are sloppy. Super responsive eq... For 1750 this was a steal. Considering New Marshalls cost like 1600 and this amp does so much more at such a higher level than a new marshall, its insane. I've been playing 10 years and have owned a bunch of amps including a 5150II, Marshall JCM 800, Marshall 1959SLP, Line 6 Flextone III and this amp owns all of them."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 11/16/2005:
"Sounds like gold if you can imagine what that sounds like. I play a variety of styles, and it nearly blows my legs out from under me live. I player a soldano, bogner x, engl rb, various marshalls and nothing is even close to it live. It sounds like you always thought your marshall should sound like."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 10/26/2005:
"The amp totally kills, I can't speak highly enough about it. It even sounds good at low volumes but gets better the louder you put it. I've had many tube amps and modeling amps. Peavy 5150, mesa triple recto, mesa triaxis and simulclass 2 90, line 6 vetta 2 andI've played through other high end gear as well (diezel herbert, various marshalls, badcat, orange, etc, etc) and this amp blows them all away, despite the price. one thing I'd like to say is don't confuse this as an 80's hair metal machine or an EVH amp...while it can do those (only if you can play like EVH..heheh) it does a hell of a lot more than that.... best amp I've ever owned."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 9/19/2005:
"Hard to be critical, when I am totally satisfied with my purchase! The best 'Marshall' amp I have ever owned. It will be (and already is) my #1 amp for gigging and recording. Scott: this amp will be used to glorify God! Your brother in Christ, Jim."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW 7/12/2005:
"I have been playing for many, many years and if this amp was lost or stolen i would order another one straight away.I just love the sound of this amp,ive been looking for this sound for years and now ive got it! I have used loads of amps, pre amps, racks and pedals but nothing comes close to this amp."
