Electro~Harmonix XO Q-Tron+:
Same design as the original Q-Tron but with extremely useful Effects Loop and an Attack Response Switch. The Effects Loop gives the musician the ability to place an additional effect, or chain of effects between the Q-Tron Plus's preamp and filter section without changing the envelope drive. This is particularly important with most distortion devices, as most all do not have much of an amplitude envelope. The FX loop will also fire up your creative juices to try all sorts of combinations in the effects loop: try the Micro POG into a Deluxe Memory Man. You can invent all sorts of novel effects. The added Response Switch selects between a slow, smooth, vowel-like attack and the fast, snaked response of the original Q-Tron.

REVIEWS & USER COMMENTS: HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW - 6/18/2008:
"I play Blues, Funk, R&B and Classic Rock. This pedal is strong enough and /or subtle enough to be used in ANY format. Its that versatile."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW - 7/13/2007:
"Beautiful sound. I can easily get the sound of flea and bootsy collins with this box. It sounds just like a mutron iii if you mess with it a little. I'm using a fender standard jazz with basslines ajj-1 active pickups and a deluxe players strat when i play with this pedal. Like i said, some sounds will just be plain crappy because i'm using a bass for a setting meant with a guitar (or vice versa), but if you find the right settings, you get a fat sound that is just damn funky. You can get a more subtle crybaby bass wah effect with the response switch down, a insanely funky underwater sound if you turn the peak up all the way and the gain up about 3/4 of the way, or, like i said, you can get a mutron iii sound if you turn on the boost switch."
HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW - 11/17/2005:
"Hands down, one of the best envelope filters out there. Endless sound possiblities make it great for the experimenting musician."
