Electro~Harmonix XO Bass Micro Synthesizer: The Bass Micro Synthesizer has the same incredible features as the Micro Synthesizer, but includes a trigger and filter sweep range especially tailored for bass guitar. The same fat analog synth textures give your bass a whole new range of possibilities: from percussive stabs to backwards-sounding bowed sounds. AUDIO/VIDEO SAMPLES: REVIEWS & USER COMMENTS: HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW - 8/24/2008: "A huge array of sounds can be achieved with this pedal, from sub-bass, sweep up, down, spatial sounds, Deeper Underground kind of stuff, etc. It's very versatile, you can always keep your clean tone going through, and the sub-octave always detected perfectly even in low E (though my SWR amp+speaker struggled to play them sometimes, with headphones through the computer all sub-octaves were there). I have a Fender MIA Jazz Bass Deluxe and the Trigger sensitivity seems perfect. Didn't have to adjust the pre-gain pot inside the unit. You may have to do it if you have a very hot output from you active bass... The pedal is perfectly silent and true bypass." HARMONY CENTRAL USER REVIEW - 7/23/2008: "The unit matches up sound for sound with the original BMS, so with that in mind, the BMS tracks the notes and keeps the sweeps as loose or as tight as you make them. At sub-octave notes on the B string, the notes muddy up the farther down one goes, but that is to be expected! The new BMS is TRUE BYPASS, so no more tone-sucking when the unit is "off".
